i'm really happy today .
Today is GOOD FRIDAY ,
invited Felicia , Corrina , Stella , Germaine , Jillian
to City Harvest Church .
Hope they'd enjoyed ! (:
Service today was AWESOME ,
learnt about ,
Breaking the shame barrier,
The Father is our Faith .
Everyone have to live through the shame barrier .
Shame is a fear-based emotion that makes you feel embarrass about yourself.

SHAME :
1. Shame robs youof the motivation to SEEK CARE.
2. Shame robs you of HEALTHY RELATIONSHIPS.
3. Shame causes ANGER & AGGRESSION.
4. Shame causes PHYSICOLOGICAL PROBLEMS.
5. Shame causes PROBLEMATIC TROUBLES.

Easter msg :
He died so you live .
He forgave you so you can forgive others.
And many more but the pastor said too fast ,
unable to catch up . =P

Great things about JESUS .
1. Jesus accepted all EMOTIONAL REJECTION .
2. Jesus endured all VERBAL ABUSES .
3. Jesus accepted all PHYSICAL ABUSES .

And thats what i learnt in like ,
30mins of phreaching (:
He died for you & i ,
of our sins .
We're the one who murder him ,
but he chose to forgave us .
He in 2000 years ago ,
had already known us by our names .
He know that not ALL of us ,
will trust in Him ,
but He still did it ,
because He loves US .
And i shall end it with a with something GREAT .

Bearing shame and scoffing rude,
In my place condemned He stood—
Sealed my pardon with His blood:
Hallelujah, what a Savior! —Bliss

Our lives matter because God loves us .
